Your Responsibilities:The BPM is responsible to support the site SAP portfolio and associated business processes. This includes monitoring and improvements, and may include implementation and training. BPM will operate in a cross-functional environment with site and Global teams with the intent to evaluate existing processes and identify improvements where practical and needed. The BPM has expert understanding of how the SAP modules deployed at the site interact and the cause/effect relationship between modules. The BPM also has expert understanding of the use of SAP to manage the site business processes and the associated cause/effect relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

o Support SAP projects and improvements with local and global teams.

o Provide technical support and guidance for SAP master data to manufacturing, provisioning, warehousing, technical services, and quality management teams.

o Ensure integration and alignment of site business processes with global processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

o Provide project management expertise to support and/or lead SAP and improvement projects in collaboration with IT project leaders.

o Provide and/or facilitate training for SAP modules and business processes.

o Manage and monitor planning activities for the PMO working with planning and scheduling SMEs.

o Work with cross functional departments to identify and remove system and process bottlenecks.

o Improve existing business processes and align with SAP.

o Support audits / inspections as SAP SME and / or Business Process Manager.

Why You?

Basic qualifications:o Bachelor's Degree

o 5 years of experience with, and excellent understanding of, WM, MM, PP-PI, and QM SAP modules.

o Experience with Spare Parts, Maintenance, and CM modules.

o 5 years of experience managing or directly supporting aspects of Materials Management department (inventory control, scheduling, planning, and regulatory compliance oversight.)

o Good understanding of applicable regulatory requirements with demonstrated success in application.

o Prior experience managing complex cross-functional projects.

Preferred qualifications:o Bachelor's Degree in technical or computer-related field

o Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to function in an atmosphere of constant change with detailed accuracy

o High adaptability

o Ability to analyze data, implement changes, and monitor effectiveness

o Sufficient technical experience and leadership ability required to implement solutions and lead discussions in order to gain consensus and resolution on issues/problems and associated solutions

o Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new applications

o Able to interact with peers and senior personnel in multidisciplinary environment and the ability to work in a high complex matrix environment

o Capable of working without direct supervision

o Maintain high level of integrity while balancing multiple priorities and responsibilities
