**Preferred Qualifications**
As a Contract Review Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing the various Oracle contracts for exceptions and non-standard terms that might pose risk to Oracle OCI. You will be expected to work with various tools and systems within the Oracle system such as Repository Contracts, DAS, Q, and BI, among others.
Preferred Requirements:
* 4 year experience in contracts, deal management, risk or equivalent
* Experience with Cloud agreements
* Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills
* Organized, detail oriented, and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines
* Proficient in Email, MS Word and Excel
* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
* Prior experience in high tech industry preferred
Detailed Description and Job Requirements:
Review and track exceptions and non-standard terms in contracts. Monitor contract and business terms to mitigate Oracle's risk.
As a member of OCI GRC Contract Compliance you will monitor current OCI customers for the purpose of reviewing agreements for exceptions and non-standard terms. This data will be recorded and tracked for risk review and obligation management. You will identify possible standard exceptions and track exception language to be used in future contract negotiations.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills. Organized and detail oriented. Experience drafting standard contractual documents. Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines. Proficient in Email, MS Word and Excel. Knowledge of Oracle policies and procedures desired. 4 years of experience in contracts, deal management, risk, or equivalent. BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
